I am Laura Mata, co-founder and principal consultant at Trascend. Passionate about solving complex problems, continuous learning and working with people.

With 25 years working in top-tier global companies, both at Nielsen and McKinsey & Company, I have gained deep experience in areas such as organizational agility, digital innovation, and developing high-performance teams.
My time at Nielsen allowed me to play diverse roles, from Director of IT Governance and Director of Software Development for LatAm, to leadership positions in agile teams. These experiences, added to the leadership of major transformations at McKinsey, have equipped me with the tools needed to solve my clients' challenges in an effective, lasting, and humane way.
